A man’s new invention destroys the town  square by accident and shoots up towards the clouds.  At first he thinks his career as an inventor is over, but something incredible transpires as cheeseburgers rain down from above.

His invention is a success.  But the townsfolk get greedy and ask for more.  His invention starts to malfunction and spaghetti tornadoes and giant meatballs  threaten the planet.  It is up to the inventor, with assistance from his monkey assistant and weather girl to stop the out of control machine before it covers the globe in huge meatballs.
